2027 European Games in Istanbul

The 2027 European Games in Istanbul / Türkiye will take place with European Gymnastics' disciplines Men's & Women's Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics (Groups and Individuals), Trampoline Gymnastics (Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini-Trampoline), Acrobatic Gymnastics (Women's Groups and Mixed Pairs), Aerobic Gymnastics (Groups and Mixed Pairs) and the World Gymnastics discipline Parkour (Freestyle and Speed).

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of the host country signed the Host Country Agreement with the European Olympic Committees EOC during a meeting of the Coordination Commission for the event on January 14 and 15, 2026. European Gymnastics President Dr. Farid Gayibov is a member of the coordination commission. The work of the Istanbul 2027 LOC is ongoing as a joint effort of Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sports, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Turkish Olympic Committee. The Organisation of the Gymnastics and Parkour Competitions is supported by the Turkish Gymnastics Federation.
