Decisions of the Executive Committee - June 2025

Following on the second meeting of 2025, held at the Lausanne (SUI) headquarters on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 June, the Executive Committee of European Gymnastics, led by President Farid Gayibov (AZE), made the following official decisions:

• The 2026 European Championships in Rhythmic Gymnastics have been awarded to Varna (BUL). This event will be held from 27 to 31 May 2026.
• The 2026 European Championships in Trampoline Gymnastics have been awarded to Portimao (POR). This event will be held from 8 to 12 April 2026.
• The European Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics will be held in Baku (AZE) from 30 April to 3 May 2026.
• As no bids for the 2027 Congress were received by the initial deadline, the bidding deadline is extended until 30 September 23:59 CEST.
• A call for hosts is open for the following European Gymnastics events: the 2027 European Championships in Rhythmic Gymnastics, the 2027 European Age Group Competitions and European Championships in Acrobatic Gymnastics, the 2027 U15 and European Championships in Aerobic Gymnastics, the 2028 European Championships in Artistic, Rhythmic and Trampoline Gymnastics, the 2028 European Gym for Life Challenge, 2028  EUROGYM and the 2028 Golden Age Gym Festival.

The next Executive Committee meeting will be held in Zurich (SUI) on 12 and 13 October 2025.
