The Technical Committee for Rhythmic Gymnastics (TC-RG) of European Gymnastics, with the special cooperation of the Spanish Gymnastics Federation, is pleased to invite you to a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coaches Course in Marbella (ESP) from October 4th to 9th, 2026.

The subject of the course will be Physical and mental preparation for individual gymnasts and groups.
The participating experts are experienced and well-known personalities in their respective field of expertise:

• Irina MARTENS – Body and apparatus technique for individuals (seniors and juniors)
• Beatriz BRITO – Ballet
• Monica HONTORIA – Physical preparation
• Francesca CUPISTI – Body and apparatus technique for groups (seniors and juniors)
• Tania LAMARCA – Psychology
• Isabelle DE COSSIO – Technical Committee European Gymnastics, Camp Manager

Participants:
No more than 3 coaches per federation.
