Introduction to Men's Artistic Gymnastics

Floor

Physical performance, technical execution and expression mark the characteristics needed for an excellent floor routine.

Pommel horse

The capacity to move one's body in a succession of circular elements with extreme precision, all united in an elegant composition.

Rings

To know how to make the combination of static force and dynamic balance appear simple and fluid; a particular expression of the real art of motor activity.

Vault

Speed and force, united with acrobatics, determine and characterise the physical performance and the ability of coordination.

Parallel bars

The control of the body and the mastery of the execution unite themselves - subtle and naturally - in order to connect swinging, support or hang elements in an incredible and permanent balance.

Horizontal bar

High-flying elements spark the interest of the viewers as the gymnasts show their daredevil capabilities, swinging at full speed into release elements.
