Sofia Raffaeli and Taisiia Onofriichuk headline #RGBaku2026 European Cup

For the third consecutive year, Baku will host the European Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics. From 30 April to 3 May, athletes representing 31 countries from all over the globe will show the best of themselves in the magnificent National Gymnastics Arena.

With prominent names like reigning European all-around Champion Taisiia Onofriichuk (UKR), Olympic bronze medallist Sofia Raffaeli and Tara Dragas (ITA), neutral athlete Alina Harnasko, Vera Tugolukova (CYP), Andreea Verdes and Amalia Lica (ROU) and Hatice Gokce Emir (TUR), the competition promises to be thrilling. In groups, the host nation Azerbaijan will take on a strong challenge from -amongst others- Bulgaria, Israel, Italy and Ukraine.

Typical for the European Cup, cross battles will determine the all-around Champion for senior individuals and groups. New this year, the junior team title will also be contested in a cross battle format!
