How many times have you competed at a european championship?
Gothenburg will be my 6th Europeans and I've competed in junior Europeans twice.
What’s your favourite skill of all time?
Miller (double back with 3 twists) and Triffrudy pike (3 front with 1,5 twists)
What is the hardest trick you’ve ever done?
Miller plus plus (double back with 5 twists) randytriff ( 3 Front with 2,5 twists)
Who inspired you as a young athlete?
At young age it was Hendrik Stehlik (Germany) but now in an older age: Mikhail Zalomin (Russia)
What made you ‘fall in love’ with gymnastics?
The feeling between flying and roller coaster but also traveling around the world to meet friends! But the of course my successes and the fact that my girlfriend is also doing DMT internationally
Which “Friends” character do you relate the most to and why?
Never saw the series.
If you were to train and compete within any other sport, what would it be?
Ninja warrior, skydiving or freestyle skiing.
What’s your favourite and go-to song to listen to prior competing?
No special song, just current stuff! (But definitely more rhythmic or motivating pushing beats)
Within your own team, what are you known for?
“The oldest, but fittest”, “Getting tired very late”, “Try to be better every single time”. And also the one pushing younger athletes to bigger competitions!
