TeamGym development discussed with European Apparatus Suppliers

Today at our headquarters in Lausanne we hosted a meeting between the TeamGym apparatus suppliers in Europe and representatives of the European Gymnastics TeamGym Technical Committee.

With the aim of discussing current developments in the sport and explore future perspectives for TeamGym, the topics on hand included the development of TeamGym, from overall participation and competitions to feedback on current TeamGym apparatus the discussion of possible improvements from suppliers, gymnasts and the wider TeamGym community.

With the attendance of Mr. Dirk van Esser (ABEO), Mr. Johannes Maier (Eurotramp), Mr. Rémi Karakotchian and Mr. Julien Thomas (Gymnova), Ms. Jeanette Wörner (Spieth), Mr. Jakob Søndergaard (Euro Gymnastic ApS), Mr. Robert Andersson (Euro Gymnastic Equipment AB), Mr. Ole Gustafsson and Mr. Preben Ebsen (PE Redskaber) and Mr. Rikard Lindén (Unisport) and lead by European Gymnastics TeamGym TC President Per Sjöstrand who was joined by TC member Peter Tranckle as well as European Gymnastics General Director Lisa Worthmann and Sports Coordinator Michaël Alger, this meeting presented an opportunity to exchange ideas, align efforts and promote the growth of TeamGym across Europe.
