At the Trampoline World Cup in Brescia (ITA), the last Olympic tickets were distributed! In the women’s competition, China, Japan, Great Britain, Russia, USA, New Zealand, Australia and Mexico earned a place, with the first 4 already qualified one spot at the 2019 World Championships.
In the men’s competition, China, Belarus, Russia and Japan secured a second participant while New Zealand, Portugal, Australia and Ukraine qualified 1 gymnast.
France’s Allan Morante won the men’s title ahead of Ryudei Nishioka (JPN) and recently crowned European Champion Aleh Rabtsau (BLR) who partnered with Uladzislau Hancharou for the synchro victory. Russia’s Anna Kornetskaya settled for silver behind Hikaru Mori (JPN). 2016 European Champions Lea Labrousse and Marine Jurbert (FRA) outscored Maryna Kyiko and Anna Bakunovytska for the synchro title with Belarussians Viktoriya Kuidan and Katsiaryna Yarshova in third place.
