To open the fourth day of competition: the juniors apparatus finals!
On Floor, the Italians shone. Riccardo Ruggeri claimed first place with a score of 13.700, closely followed by his teammate Pietro Mazzola (13.666). Volodymyr completed the podium and claimed his first medal of the day with a score of 13.166.
At the same time, the Pommel Horse final was taking place. This time, Volodymyr Golovin took the gold with a score of 13.900, while Radmir Musaev and Zakaine Fawzi-Mccaffrey shared the second step of the podium with an identical score of 13.833.
A second medal for Radmir Musaev, but this time gold! Musaev became European champion on Rings. Riccardo Ruggeri followed in second place (12.900), while David Martinez from Spain claimed the bronze medal (12.800).
On Vault, Valentyn Havrylchenko took gold with a score of 13.733. Samuel Wachter finished second (13.483), while Switzerland’s Ben Schumacher claimed bronze (13.466).
The Parallel Bars final saw Uzair Chowdhury take the gold with a score of 14.166. Volodymyr Golovin completed his medal collection with the only medal missing from his haul today: silver. Another British gymnast completed the podium, with George Atkins taking bronze (13.733).
Finally, on High Bar, there were two European champions: Ivan Rigon and Sami Soleban finished with the same final score of 13.233. Daniil Smirnov claimed the bronze medal with 13.133.
